ABOUT THE CHARITY

The Fondation des Gouverneurs de l'Espoir is a charity helping kids and their family affected by cancer, throughout a wide variety of activities. Almost 300 children are affected by cancer every year in our community and the Foundation provides support to these children and families during this difficult time. TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please read the Terms & Conditions carefully before bidding. All bidders must also have a Paypal account in order to be allowed to bid. For bids over $15,000, a valid credit card registered in the name of the account owner must be on file at eBay. This is a security verification measure and the card will not be charged by the seller.

The seller reserves the right to reject any bids at its sole discretion and screen all bidders, including requesting additional documentation on the ability to make payment.

All sales are final, there are no refunds of the winning bid. A bid is a legally binding contract and you agree to be bound to make payment if your eBay ID is the highest bidder, even if a higher bid has been removed, resulting in you being the high bidder. If your account is used by a family member, other person in your household, or even a friend with access to your account, you are still fully liable and cannot avoid payment. Please do not bid if you are not 100% certain you can follow through with payment at the winning bid price promptly.

A non-paying bidder will be subject to collection and legal costs, as well as a forfeiture of the auction package. By bidding in this charity auction, the bidder understands and agrees to eBay's terms of service as well as all terms and conditions mentioned here.

PAYMENT & FULFILLMENT

Payment must be made through Paypal, although a credit card can be used at PayPal to fund this purchase if desired. Full payment is required within 48 hours of the auction close. Failure to deliver payment within the designated time will result in default of the bid and we may select the next highest bidder. Payment may need to be broken up into two payments over two days, depending on the final bid price and PayPal's daily limit.

A portion of the winning bid amount made through this charity auction may be tax deductible. Please consult with your tax advisor for more information, as we are unable to provide tax consulting due to the unique tax situation of each person.

The seller will be in contact with the winning bidder to arrange delivery.

Q: What is included in this auction?
A: The winning bidder will receive the original spiral staircase used by Celine Dion from March 2003 to the last performance held on Saturday December 15, 2007. The staircase was removed and kept intact just after the last performance. A Letter of Authenticity from Caesar's Palace and a signed Celine Dion - A New Day... Souvenir Concert Program will be included.
